Frequently Asked Questions
Who ordered the Post Operative Rehab Kit and why did I receive it?
The kit was ordered by your surgeon to aid in your recovery.
How often should I use the Post Operative Rehab Kit?
This will vary based on your individual pain and activity level. Our guide tells how often to use each of the products.
What settings should I use for the cold therapy wrap?
The hinges on the side of the brace can be removed. They are simply Velcroed on the wrap and can be pulled off. No settings are necessary, and the wrap will be more comfortable without it.
What setting should I use for the Manaflexx2?
We suggest starting out with a 2 or 3 and increasing the intensity based on your preference. The intensity levels go from 1 to 19, with 19 being the greatest.
What do I do if my Manaflexx2 isn’t working?
First, make sure the unit has been charged. Second, make sure the buttons on the back are securely fastened. Next, make sure the sticky electrode is directly against the skin on the upper thigh muscle. Lastly, the unit should have a number on it and the + button should be pressed to increase the intensity level. If all those things have been checked and the unit still isn’t working, please contact your OneSource Representative for further assistance.
Do I return the Post Operative Rehab Kit?
No, the kit is yours to keep. Please keep your kit in a safe place so that it can be reused if you have another side or revision in the future.
